Luc, I respectfully disagree. The man is very smart; it's just that he's completely lost his way and is scared to death of suffering a fate that's staring him in the face. All of the neophyte "investors" will come to curse his name much as the folks in the '30s cursed Hoover. Going from being seen as an angel to a devil in so short a time, as is likely, shouldn't happen to someone in their 70s and he should have followed Rubin out the door. However, I think he really believes that only he can keep things together, and he clearly relishes the limelight. One thing's for certain, he'll be remembered for a long, long time.
