russ, your suggestion raises the question as to why we haven't been targeted as a takeover. (Poison pills not withstanding) At these prices the company would net $2mil cash + its assets in Ghana for free. Are there no value seeking companies out there? I am a little more comfortable now that they've dropped the Barcalounger business. I suspect it wasn't only the investors on this thread that were complaining about loss of focus. I doubt that Munks "Children & orphans fund" thought they were buying an office furniture company. Dave
