Yes, the deal was modified before, and it is not impossible that it could be modified again. It is also possible that the DOJ could oppose it, so there is risk in holding MASK. By the way, what new, much smaller sized silicon "waifers" are you referring to? Wafers just keep getting bigger. In any case, neither MASK or PLAB handle wafers at all, they both make masks. Carl
