No I have no news on their quarterly reports as of yet. The reason I think NASDAQ listing is important for this stock is simply because once in the NASDAQ this stock will be supported by large brokerage and investment houses, who generally have a tendency of not supporting OTC stocks. Once they support this stock I feel their will be a major move it.
