Chrisy, Unless you are some type of technical battery guru, I don't think you can tell the difference between what is a good patent and what's a bad patent. The patents are unique for the battery composition and it's manufacturing processes. What separates LITH from VLNC is the future partnership with a company (PLL)that has the ability to supply the raw materials with LITH's processing capability. Plus, LITH's technology was invented and not bought via a Bellcore license. Anyway, Glad to see a VLNC poster over here. That means we may be opening VLNC eyes to serious competition coming down the pike. That was the question for VLNC for the past year, do they have a product?, do they have orders?, and finally they showed they are for real. But it took a long time. You'll have to wait just as long for LITH to tell their story, actually I don't think you'll have to wait as long. Good Luck ! TechMonster
