SIVB owns 750,000 shares of Preferred Class A and 150,000 shares of common stock in Garage.com which helps small companies in the venture capital stage. What its value in GRGE will be, of course, depends on where the stock is trading and what the preferred shares are entitled to. (convertible??) My guess is that it won't have a material effect on SIVB's value. As for your March 6th comment, why are you being so cryptic?
