Perhaps not a bad time to consider buying LEAPS. Positives: 1. Cash raised prior to dip should be sufficient to reach operating breakeven. (or close enough to make further funding viable). 2. System about to light up with advertising in a number of major markets. 3. Expectations built into current price are very low. Negatives: 1. McCaw deals perceived as creating pricing pressure. I think it was already evident that prices would have to lower. Iridium performance is marginal and should command a lower price anyway. No sats up yet for ICO. ANy ICO phones been produced yet? ICO groundwork for launch way behind because of financing difficulties. In other words, not so negative after all. 2. Pervasive FUD (politics, bankruptcies etc.) that have nothing to do with GSTRF success or failure. 3. Demand must be created by old fashioned marketing. Will not automatically materialize. ICO has same problem here as GSTRF.
