Sherman, you take offence where none was meant. Please forgive me if I offended you; I assure you this was not intended. It seems the word "installation" bothered you to a high degree; please allow me to substitute that word with "implementation" or "deployment". Now, does this suffice or do you still remain offended? I never stated (or meant to imply) that SAP (or any other ERP package) was somehow easier to "deploy" or less complex than front-office packages like Vantive (or any other related package). I never meant to degrade, minimize or in any way offend ANY package! Really, the amount of negativity you've read into my prose is quite astonishing; I agree with all the information contained within your reply to me; I assure you, I am fully aware of the facts which you so vigorously raised. Your "correction" efforts really are not necessary!
