Summit Announces First Shipment of Firepower911(TM) to Hong Kong and Japan
LONGVIEW, Texas, Feb. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Summit Environmental Corporation, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SEVT - news) announced that it has completed the production of the first shipment of Firepower911(TM) for Hong Kong and Japan on February 18.
Summit's exclusive distributor, Summit International-Japan-Limited and Summit International-Hong Kong-Limited are both Hong Kong Companies. Summit International Hong Kong will also be distributing to Singapore.
Previous tests for certification of Firepower911(TM) according to Underwriter Laboratory Guidelines and the Swiss Association for Technical Testing have been submitted to all the appropriate agencies and fire departments.
The arrival of the first shipment marks the beginning of the placement of Firepower911(TM) in key distribution networks by Mr. Gale Turner, CEO of the Hong Kong based companies.
Firepower911(TM) is the first ever rated fire extinguisher in an aerosol can. It has been tested according to ANSI/UL8 and ANSI/UL711 under NFPA 10 guidelines in the United States and according to SVTI/ASIT by the Swiss Association for Technical Testing in Switzerland.
The key ingredient of Firepower911(TM) is FlameOut©. FlameOut© is a US EPA-SNAP certified replacement for the globally banned fire fighting agent Halon1211. FlameOut© is also an Underwriter Laboratories listed wetting agent (#7P21) for Class A and B fires.

In other related news, Summit is correcting a previous press release issued on July 1, 1999, in which Summit stated that an agreement had been reached between Summit and Business World News. The change will occur with the production company chosen by Summit to tell the Summit Story; the story's content as contained in the July 1 press release will be the same with some additional features, yet the production company will be different. Once the new production company has been selected, Summit will announce its choice for this key aspect of the Summit Story production.
