I'm almost certain that the H series does NOT include Xonxon.
The DOE site references the Higher operating Temp and conbinated cycle nature of the H series, The NOX PPM is in the 9 PPm range not less than 2PPm. And the first H series is commercilly shipping in the near future and no plants other than Enron has announced incoporating XonXon.
