Z.O: On the big Board, the MM has no ability to enforce such price drops. The people are the market. The article will cost ALA 10% more in shares if it is a share swap. No CEO would have allowed that to happen if a share swap deal was final for Tuesday as you are suggesting. I find it hard to understand why you are comfortable with the drop in price this morning.
