IMRglobal Announces Product That Facilitates
Legally-Binding Electronic Document Transfer

TOKYO, Japan and CLEARWATER, Fla., September 27, 1999-IMRglobal Corp.
("IMRglobal" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: IMRS), a leading global provider of IT services and solutions, jointly introduced a new product today, called "IMRglobal Coda," that facilitates the
electronic transfer of legally-binding documents. The IMRglobal Coda product integrates with and supports Bolero International Ltd.'s secure electronic messaging service, called "Bolero.net,"
which was also unveiled in a major Launch event today in Tokyo.

Bolero.net is removing paper from the global trading environment and creating the electronic platform for world trade. Bolero.net is designed for any organization around the world involved in
or supporting the process of buying or selling across borders. It binds together all the parties in the international trade chain into a 'community'.

To create this community Bolero International Ltd. enlisted the support of 100 legal experts from around the globe to write a rulebook governing electronic messaging. This has resulted in Bolero.net being legally binding in more than 16 countries, including Belgium, Brazil, Columbia, France, Germany, China (HK), Holland, Italy, Japan, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, UK, and the U.S. These guidelines stipulate required levels of authentication, delivery and
receipt standards, as well as writing and signature requirements.

Over the past 18 months members of the international trade chain community such as Fortune 1000 corporations, including manufacturers, freight forwarders, international carriers, and financial
institutions have understood the value to be obtained by utilizing Bolero.net/IMRglobal Coda to reduce both trade chain processes and operational costs.

IMRglobal Coda is one of the first Bolero Enabled solutions to provide connectivity to the Bolero.net service. It is the first deliverable in a joint partnership between IMRglobal and Mitsui & Co. (Mitsui), one of the oldest and largest trading companies in the world, and a leading member of the Bolero international trade chain to develop, market and deploy international e-business solutions. The IMRglobal Coda solution will be fully localized and is currently available in both English and Japanese versions.

IMRglobal Coda consists of the presentation and integration layers for the Bolero.net e-business solution making the conceptual value perceived by the Bolero.net driver community a reality. Used together, Bolero.net and IMRglobal Coda enable organizations to exchange electronic documents in a secure, legally binding manner, both domestically and internationally, allowing a great deal of world trade to be conducted in a paperless fashion.

"Companies worldwide want speed, accuracy, transparency, reliability, security and the ability to automate international trade transactions," said Satish K. Sanan. "We expect companies to quickly
adopt the Bolero/IMRglobal Coda system. IMRglobal will also offer integration services to implement Bolero/IMRglobal Coda into businesses' existing IT infrastructure. Our development centers around the globe are ready to help companies with installation, testing and training, as well as hardware, e-mail, database and firewall configuration."

IMRglobal Coda uses 128-byte encryption, digital signatures, and smartcard technology to ensure that messages cannot be tampered with when distributed over public networks.

IMRglobal Coda Compatibility
IMRglobal Coda is compatible with Windows NT 4.0, Sun Solaris 2.5.1 or greater and HP-UX 11.0 on the server side and Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 9.x on the client side. It is compatible with most e-mail applications, including Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Notes and Unix Sendmail. It is also compatible with the leading RDBMS vendors, including IBM DB2, Oracle, Sybase, Microsoft SQL Server, and Informix.
