Choosing stocks, even with the best information, is dicey at best. The way I see it, you have to pick a style. If you like position plays or long-term holds, you can't trade them off for a daytrade or momentum play. If you do that, IMO you'll get burned more often than not. I can't tell you how many times, I've been in a position play that is basing waiting for a big move...then get impatient and trade out for a mover, only to see my original hold take off.

Don't worry so much about missing the biotechs by holding BITS. If you belive in the company, keep it and you will be rewarded. If you no longer like it, just sell and move on. Emotion has no part in this game.
