Means that cnsi passes the science sniff test
and in pretty good financial shape. My guess is
that one way to get in trouble in biotech is to
jump on something that is flying, but doesn't
yet have R&D partners and such...so cnsi seems
relatively safe to me. I know momentum is the
way to play these days, but cnsi will get their
day.

I haven't done badly bottomfishing this way,
when biotech was flat for much of last year it
didn't do much for me, but obviously when biotech
is hot the stocks which have previously been beaten
down, and since fallen off everybody's radar give
the best bang for the buck. Third tier has certainly
outperformed this year so far.
