Victor; Just another example of how PCLN uses creative accounting to mask the true weaknesses of its business model. On the issue of warrants, if their business model was so compelling, why would they have to issue Delta Airlines and their other suppliers such a huge chunk of these securities in order to get access to the inventory these suppliers provide. Seems like these suppliers would likley not be interested in dealing with PCLN under a more arms length business scenario. Interested to hear your thoughts on my comments. S Pal
