Z.O: If a 1 for 1 deal is announced at ALA's current price, the consequent selling pressure on ALA could drive that down to $30 or less. There are many Investors who want to cash out. Besides some Investors who are Cdn's holding NN in an IRA equivalent will have to sell because they fill be fined by their Govt if they exceed their foreign quota. A stock swap w/o a definte value is not going to be very popular. Incidentally, does it give you pleasure to be offensive.!
