Wal-Mart is dropping because it warned that higher costs might limit earnings growth this year. The company said it will continue to "roll back" prices, even with higher costs.

However, analysts maintain their glowing forecasts for WMT and say the company will find a way to continue to improve its earnings growth. I've seen targets of $80-$100.

If you believe that, the stock is undervalued now.
