Then why wouldn't SEG be in play? Someone buys SEG, sells off the equity holdings and then spins off the disk drive business. Sounds like a healthy profit to me... Any dot.com company out there has a valuation high enough to facilitate this... why hasn't it happened? Speaking of happening... what's happening to SIVB shares today?
