Rob,

I know you must feel bad for not selling at higher prices, but remember when the secondary was cancelled and we didn't sell when it gapped up to 35 from 27? Don't recall that too vividly, do you? If we don't go higher Monday from this price, I will fly to where you are by the end of summer and buy you a pop or two. Now turn your computer off and go have a pop now! Have one for me 'cause I'm watching.
