and whats worse, they play a message saying "your team of schwab platinum reps is helping other customers", press 1 to speak to the first available rep.. but when you do the phone goes dead, and no one ever comes on.. this is terrible considering the prices we pay...not to mention I'm losing money waiting on them... Richard..
