Tom: I would look for a link at www.prudentbear.com. The prospectus is dated 1/31/2000, so its not real old. Probably having a good day. These Friday expiration days drive me nuts. My puts were hopeless. They are now returning to where they are worthless, but close. I get that screwed feeling twice. Best wishes, Bob Miller
