Fred and all, re ESST, this is a way to satisfy the Platform shareholders. The ones who wish to defer gains and hold ESST stock can do so. And, the ones who want cash can sell their ESST shs. back to the company in a private transaction. They needed something to make them happy. Plus ESST doesn't have to amortize goodwill. They just call it R&D. I wonder if they can get this by the IRS. I thought there was a restriction on doing a pooling of interest transaction with a stock buyback program outstanding. But, what do I know. Tim
