I have a weird thought you and your spike in xau and to all others here. Thinking housing son one buying still has not yet got and i thought to myself can you imagine if many houses are bought with the sale of stocks and what would happen if the stock dropped and the down payment you had was gone. Yuck to the housing sector too what a swipe that would be .
