Doug again I have first hand experience when DIGI was taken by ALA on a stock swap. On
announcement, ALA dropped like a brick and those wanting to cash out suffered. The
ALA chart can be verified

I would like you to point out specific announcementinstead looking at
the chart.
And of course I am taking about original announcement of acquisition!!!
There were two large drops on ALA chart, and one was due to earnings
problems.
