According to the Press Conference, after the first two acquisitions, Ideapark, and Intrasoft, there will be approximately 200 MM shares outstanding. I haven't had time to figure out the Warrant structure yet, and also I believe there will be some sort of option structuring used to draw in top talent, but I'm sure all that info will be forthcoming soon.
