Bob: GTE is giving me the impression that 6Mbps service in not in their near term plans. Can someone please explain why GTE would state the following:

"The question is: Do people really need 6 Mbps? What are they going to do with it?" and "Nogueira said initial deployments will probably run at relatively low speeds."

This tells me that AMTX better have a 1.5Mbps solution. There is one more thing to check... "Cost of connecting into a 40G backbone at 6Mbps" I see big $$$ on that one.
