Thanks I read all that rigamorole and barely understand what they are talking about.
I do understand though that I just sold shares bought at 31.50 for 20. That I understand just fine.
I still have half my holdings but think that they may very well be worth half of what they are worth now eventually: it does not sound like we are going to get anything like 1 for 1 for nanovation and it also sounds like we cannot sell our shares for however long the lockup period is.... 60 days? Also don't understand the stuff about 2002 unless that is when the lockup ends?
Anyway, I'll put the other shares away and see what happens, if this is a gorilla to be I'll make back my $5000 loss: if now, well, c'est la vie.

Personally next time I'll stick to my core holdings.
