You don't have a clue about the nature of installation. Thats right- thats why I'm asking. there will still be needed someone to validate the setup That sure sounds like a cable mentality. Who validates the dial-up setup? Who validates the setup of 98% of the software sold today? Who validates a new peripheral? The user. Thats why they are called Personal Computers. Eric
