My sentiments are with you on this one. It is just hard to make happen. Whenever I talk like that I am told "that is not how things are done". In the future shareholders will be much more important. In the past management only cared when they wanted to raise cash. Right now St. Jude has enough money that management does not have to care about the shareholders, unless the shareholders can organize themselves. The only way you will get anywhere is to make management worry that you could toss them out. Right now they are probably not at all worried. Sean
