Just of the top off my head, Paul, both Healtheon and VantageMed offer technology solution to HMO's and physicians. This is not Medsite's biz. They are into selling B2B healthcare products from gauze to hightech apparatus to providing journals on-line: Message 12909805 They do state in their IPO filing re Healtheon: "In addition, companies with whom we currently have relationships, including Medscape and Healtheon/WebMD, may compete with us.
