rkral, Fuller taking some profits (20% of his holdings) is old news. He did it in early Dec at about $12 a share. He wasn't the only one that took some profits either. biz.yahoo.com Allegedly (based on the reports I've read) these sales all occurred before merger talks took place. I tend to believe this. I'm waiting to see some new filing showing Coats turning on us and cashing out himself (the "turn coat" pun, not intended). Dennis
