Bob, thread. Would appreciate opinions on tcam, Transport Corp of America. Merger proposal last month for 17.3. Merger off and stock falls to 5 year low of 7.5 within one week. Below book. Analysts say 1.20 earnings, ceo says higher. Looks to be progressive purveyor of trucking and logistics services. Here is my burning question What would be interpretation of bid 6 ask 8.5 on todays close? I have ordered investors package but the bid/ask is a mystery. Comments please.
