Addi:

So, you've come to visit the grave site? Latest? Well, my "latest" is about a year old, but here goes:

The company went into chapter 11; but the petition has been dismissed as no one from the company was able to come up with a reorganization plan that would work. Now the company is in limbo. It has no assets, no management, no plans, probably no hope either. It has a lot of creditors though!!

Joe Lanza is out of prison now. He seems to be back in business again at something--I don't know at what, and I don't want to know.

I understood that the reason the Hartman/King group would not let the remnants of the company go to new investors as a "shell" to start business afresh is that they believe JL has stashed away a lot of money and they want some of it before they will let the company go.

The investors were not going to wait for Lanza and Hartman/King to get their act together and opted to go on to bigger and better things without ASTG, to the complete frustration of existing shareholders.

What is happening? As far as I know nothing. You might call JL or Mario and see what you can find out. I'm sure they would enjoy talking to you.
