I recently watched a company go from .02 to $12.98. The company was unknown and did a reverse merger with a company. Shares moved up quickly.

This is what we know about IVII.
Company has not filed since 97.
Company has been looking for Merger for 2 or 3 years.
Company use to trade between $5.00 and $15.00 for years.
Company is now profitable.
Company has 14 mil shares O/S and 50 authorized
Company float is 8 - 10 mil.
Company is now pink with no exposure.
BioTech industry is very hot.

Company is not a shell but very close. Less than a million dollars in 1999 revenues. And they appear to keep clean books. I found an article that would better describe what happens with public companies. I have owned my shares for almost 3 years. I have learned not to get excited about this company. The article could be one possibility of what is going on. That will be my next post and probably my last for awhile.
