Dear nihil: Did you ever live near anyone who owned a blind rooster? >[Chickens]greet the dawn -- the morning SUNW -- with eagerness. Greet the dawn? Blind roosters never shut up! The people who bought the house in the woods behind me decided to "go country" and buy all kinds of outside animals. Well, the rooster they bought is blind and _all_ day and _all_ night when it is not asleep it "greets the dawn." I am able to block out the rooster as 'white noise' but my neighbors across the road are going nuts. Regards, Lynn P.S. Chickens pick up fleas even faster than dogs and cats.
