What is S&P, is it a guarantee that stocks there go up. If the sentiment of indexing turns sour, like it is right now, who wants to be in any index. CMGI's job is to focus on what is good to CMGI. It's share holder's job is to make money using CMGI's stock as an instrument (and there's a lot of ways to do that even in a downturn). So no need to worry about S&P. JMO.
