That's about half of their holdings. Pilgrim Baxter & Assoc. previously held 872,400. I don't think it's a bad sign. The bad sign is that the stock fell to below 16. I bet PBHG is the seller that broke the recent uptrend and drove CCSC down to current levels. Regardless of these sales, the fundamentals remain solid, and the valuation remains cheap. Todd
