To all: OK, we are now starting to get facts. We have been screwed, but the question is how to do something constructive, not just lay down and take it. Who has a good securities lawyer who can protect our interests in Tennessee (with both the state gov and GIFS). The one mentioned earlier may be OK. Also I am planning a trip later this week thru next week, and will make a point of stopping by Chattanooga.I'll post what I find. Lets stop bellyaching (after a reasonable time) and work on salvaging as much as we can. Regards, Carl
