my first visit was 1985. You will not believe this. My first wife was a director of purchasing for a large Atlanta hospital. So the weekend of the Masters she came down on Saturday morning while I was reading the paper and ask like all wives are apt to do, " what do you want to do today", I said well I don't know, what have you got in mind, she said well i guess we could go to that golf tournament, I said sweetheart the only golf tournament going on this weekend is the Masters. she said yes, that's the name of it. I said, do you realize what it takes to get in that tournament, she said what? I said the hardest ticket in sports. She said well I have the tickets and a car and a cabin and I have had them since Monday. I like to have s---! needless to say we jumped in the plane and headed over. I could have rung her neck she said I just didn't think you would be interested.
