Hi Bruce. A release was put out by the company today and are recommending a change name and a 5 for 1 consolidation. When I recommended the stock to you, I was not aware that they would consolidate. Fully diluted, they have over 5mil shares. I do agree, there is no need for this crap. If it gets passed by shareholders, I urge you to take a small loss now versus a bigger loss later. Tell your buddies to hold off. Why? Any consolidation/roll back I have seen has come down. Companies wil issue new options/placements to raise money for drilling. Wait for a week or so and lets see what happens. At this point, if yot paid .9cents, the risk is minimal, if you sell @ 8 or so... Give the president a call for more info re the rollback...
