John, Didn't make the call. Was hoping someone closer to San Diego would make it and post. My first thoughts are, since you mention >how do you spell "optimism" at this point of the game?< is that there is some action being taken against the company; either individually or a class action? Assuming my guess is correct could you give us an idea what the basis of the suit would be? Just wondering if something of this nature might be slightly premature?
