Wonderful post about the thoughts of hiring an individual, and delving a little deeper into the psyche of a person, before making a commitment.

In his case, I wonder if only a few posts were read and thought to be brilliant, but like you said wasn't investigated any further. Either way, I feel like he has dishonoured his commitment to SI.
