Z.O: When ALA took over DIGI end SEPT, the stock dropped and continued its slide. A series of Class action suits were registered against ALA by a number of Lewyers acting on behalf of ex DIGI shareholders.

The price at announcement was never realised by the majority of DIGI holders.
