Andrew -- Thanks for giving us a fairly extensive rundown on the path to smaller line widths/features. The UT sub-.1u tests a yar or two ago were most impressive to me at the time, and caused me to increase my DPMI holdings at the time. With the (enormous) increase in mask costs as the processes go to .18 and .13 (and beyond?)...wouldn't you anticipate a rather large revenue increase for the likes of DPMI - or PLAB, etc?.... DPMI hasn't had the exposive growth that some of the other chip process companies have experienced (including AMAT, but less direct ones also, such as LTXX --a favorite) What are you buying these days?... Will appreciate your thoughts.. tso
