Greg, I'll go there...but you would expect that. This whole ignore thing is really pathetic if you ask me. At the height of the soap opera here I started to use the stupid thing then realized how stupid the thing was. Why eliminate everyone you disagree with? In this business, you need opposing views to keep you centered. I do think there is still a hangover on the other thread about the new investors to Q. Some resentment perhaps, I don't know. Having been with the company since '96 I've been around awhile but don't have the technical understanding like most of the others. I always felt a little out of it during our discussions but found for the most part people would take the time to explain things in the early days. So much has changed since then. With a split thread you've got a lot of weird things going on. Makes for a bit of uncomfortableness (is that a word?). Some of the guys can be really hostile...but others like engineer, Clark, Jon, JGoren, are very willing to help. Mq was always ready to lend a hand, but those days are over it seems. Someone needs to write a book about thread behavior some day...and the influence of success. <H>
