Joel, nice to find you relaxing here. How's the market treating you? February has been an interesting month for my little section of the investment universe: Cisco beat consensus by a penny, announced incredible top line growth, and set a 2:1 split for 3/22 NTAP did exactly the same, down to the split date! Siebel landed the IBM contract and is now the undisputed Gorilla of the CRM space. Gemstar broke the resistance at 80, only to lose ground to a weak market today. More importantly, the arbitrage spread between gmst and tvgia has narrowed to a level that indicates Mr. Market believes the merger will go through. Dr. J put on a superb analysts' meeting, sold Q's story to the Street convincingly, and the upgrades are coming. Now I've got a 3 day hiatus to try to figure out what all this means <g>. Pass me a brewski, will ya? uf
