Dinesh,

Count UT out -- Microsoft already settled with Caldera.

I'm aware of that. And NOVL seems to be prospering under the direction of their current CEO. But that doesn't seem to deter the Utah state AG and Senator Orin Hatch(et), (R-UT), a staunch defender of conservative principles and free markets, with certain exceptions, from continuing to press a vendetta against MSFT.

At least the Democrats are semi honest to their ideals. They are unabashed interventionists. Republican hypocrites like Hatch, Bork, Dole, Bauer, etc. are much worse. But the lowest of the pond scum are the whining billionaire pseudo-libertarian titans of Silicon Valley like McNealy, Ellison, et all, who go crawling to Uncle for protection when they can't meet competitive pressures.
