Any info on Ikar Minerals (IKAR) once
ikar.com
claiming to have large deposit of tungsten/cobalt, etc,
at Rushan, Tajikistan. CEO was Randall Andrus, but
no one returns phone calls to me from 1-604-632-9771,
at 595 Howe St, Vancouver BC. Is Andrus a con artist,
or just not happening to start up last year due to
circumstances?
