There are on both sides two press releases regarding this collaboration, one dated January 13 1998, the other dated April 26, 1999. For OGS you can find them resp. at ogs.com and ogs.com For Incyte at: incyte.com and incyte.com In the first releases you can read: Incyte and OGS will share profits and co-own intellectual property generated under the collaboration etc. Equal partners, in my opinion.
