My point was that ESS is taking steps to prop up their stock, ...but will it work?

A study was done a while ago that showed almost all the stock repurchase plans never get done, or if they do repurchase any shares its only a fraction of the original amount. Mind you, this is not the case with every company, just a trend that has evolved on Wall Street the past several years.

Now since CUBE never comments till the goods are done, shipped or a contract is inked by a bank, then i don't think we would see anything of this sort from CUBE. Could CUBE do it the "CUBIE Way", and repurchase some shares on the open market....then make the official announcement?

Didn't IBM do this a while ago?

I don't know the rules on this and how they may apply to CUBE.
Robt & John its your stage now....
